Welcome to DispurGen, a software-as-a-service (SaaS) managed by Okural SASU.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DispurGen, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Access

DispurGen is available to all users, without age or geographical restrictions.

3. Subscriptions

DispurGen is offered as a subscription service with automatic monthly renewal, processed through our partner marketplace at https://whop.com/dispurgen. Users can manage or cancel their subscription at any time via Whop or by contacting our support team at contact@dispurgen.com.

4. Usage Restrictions

Users agree not to use DispurGen for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. Abuse of the service may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account.

5. Responsibilities

• User responsibilities: Ensure that usage complies with local laws and avoid any abusive or unauthorized behavior.
• Okural’s responsibilities: Maintain the availability of the service, provide access after payment, and offer support via email or Discord.

6. Technologies

DispurGen integrates with third-party platforms such as Discord (for support), Whop (for subscription management), and Stripe (for payments).

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or notification on the platform.
